GG @Gramma That Heads up match was tons of fun!

GG @LooneyDogzz - yes, definitely! Looking forward to another…

@Gambit taking some serious beats this match, AA < KK twice, QQ < KK, AK < KK, K high vs A high flush on 3 flush board… Poker Gods hazing you in your first King’s Court match IMO

Let’s gooooo who wants the last seat

New King’s Court about to start if anyone wants the last seat! GLGL

Did I slow play this one too much?

@EskimoKetchup @MrTsFool

@JanetYellen - I prefer c-betting or check-raising the flop, depending on how balanced you are with each option. If you never check-raise, and do so here, that can look pretty strong IMO. However, if you check-raise with a wide range of hands that seems like a fine option too.

My issue with check-calling vs. two opponents in this position is that there isn’t really a good turn card for you in terms of getting max value from your hand and playability on future streets. If a diamond rolls off, it kills your action because you have the two cards your opponents could reasonably continue with. If the board pairs, you have to proceed more cautiously as you are drawing dead vs. full houses. If any other cards come (many of which put potential straights out there) @EskimoKetchup might slow down and check back turn when checked to unless he has a set+. If you play the flop more aggressively you can get good value from flopped flushes, two pairs, and sets because you can conceivably have just the Ad. That presumption goes away as the hand progresses.

As played, the bet by @EskimoKetchup on the turn is quite perplexing. Given his bet and the call by @MrTsFool, I think just calling is fine. Given you have AKdd, one of them is almost always going to have a set - more likely to be @MrTsFool given the action. @EskimoKetchup has bluffs and T9dd I guess. I assume he’d be more likely to check back a set himself on that turn.

The river is the worst card in the deck for you. Because of that, I’d check to @EskimoKetchup again and see what he does/what @MrTsFool does and evaluate. If @EskimoKetchup jammed and @MrTsFool called I’d probably let it go. If @EskimoKetchup jammed and @MrTsFool folded, I’d make a crying call just because he can have some bluffs and there is so much out there.

That was an intense kings court! My first ever positive result. A humble 6 bb/100. And my rating barely moved because I lost to the two higher rated players and won against the two lower rated players. Good match!

NH @Vexxus, looks like your aggression paid off, we have a new red line hero!!

And GGs to @flopmeister and @MrTsFool , you guys are true Melee grinders it was hard for me to keep up with how quickly you guys play

Looking forward to another match soon.

GG looking forward to the next one!

Omg @C4pAble just exposing me like that… I don’t bluff that much guys I swear! Just like once in a while!

But in seriousness it’s strange to me how few red line strategies I seem to encounter, feels more natural to me. Also I hate folding

GG everyone! Let’s fire up another.

just qualified for kings court! we will see how long i last in the pool of sharks lol

@LooneyDogzz congrats and good luck :grinning:

Nice work @LooneyDogzz!

Hey, guys is there a way to filter my hands in player analysis to just 6max or hu?

@LooneyDogzz try this to filter for only 6max (numberOfPlayers > 2), or change it to numberOfPlayers < 3 for only heads up:

thank you very much that works perfectly

This got me curious so I went and checked my red line. Sometimes I wonder why I get called with ace king high. And sometimes I don’t.
